Cosmo Crew does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of credit notes.
Shipping your goods
*All shipping times and rates depend on third party postage and courier services and may vary from time to time, particularly due to COVID-19
Processing your order
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed the following business day and, pending credit card verification, will be shipped within three business days.
Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, within three business days from the day of processing.
Importation costs
All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware each country has different laws regarding importation of certain products. We advise contacting local Customs office for current charges in your country to understand the value threshold in your country and import taxes from goods coming from USA.
